My Peripera Ink The Airy & Peri's Ink The Velvet Collection

I have these cuties for almost a year now but I haven't really made an actual review on them. Getting into Korean skincare, you will certainly stumble upon their makeup as well. Beauty business is huge in Korea. You are bombarded with all beauty related commercials & advertisement everywhere that's why I think looking good is really a big deal there. A friend once told me that they are at least 10 or even 15 years ahead with it comes to their cosmetics than of those from US for example. That's why alot of products like the cushion foundation was created there and now is widely popular around the globe.

I love their makeup looks/trends than the Western ones which is just too heavy, so unnatural and too much for me. I began following Korean makeup styles and started buying most of my makeup products from there after seeing alot of good reviews online and they are cheap as well compared to  the most drugstore prices here. That's why I could buy multiple shades of this range because they are only €5 each more or less when they are on sale.

This collection from Peripera is really popular. I've seen it in youtube & instagram. At first, I was not even planning to buy one since I don't like the packaging. It does not appeal to me. I really find it ugly at first glance. It's like a toy than a makeup for me. But after watching reviews on them, it grew on me. So when it was on sale, I ordered just to try them out.

(L-R: #4 Beautiful Coral Pink - #5 Elf Light Rose - #13 Charming Coral - #14 Beauty Peak Rose - #7 Dollish Beige - #5 Inktude Rose - #6 Celeb Deep Rose)

Peripera Ink The Airy Velvet (10 colors available) €5.75 - Currently on sale here
This lip tint glides on smoothly, offering vivid color and a soft, velvety texture to your lips. The enriched formula keeps your lips moist and glossy without feeling sticky.

I only got 2 Airy Velvet Tint since I was not sure if I would like the formula that much and I was right. The formula is really sheer which I don't normally go for especially the first color.

Peripera Airy Ink Velvet Tint (No. 4 Beautiful Coral Pink)
This is really a bright pink color which is not easy to wear and I don't think I could ever wear again. It does not suit me. It might work if I will mix it with other color but alone, I won't wear it. It looks weird on my lips. It's like when you eat a gum or lollipop that stains your lips that's how it looks on me.

Peripera Airy Ink Velvet Tint (No. 5 Elf Light Rose)
This is a bit better than the first one but the total opposite. This is almost barely there kind of shade which could have been better when they made it a bit darker than how it is now.

Peripera Peri's Ink The Velvet (15 colors available)  €5.75 - Currently on sale here
Go gradated or full-on with this lip tint from peripera. Blended with jojoba oil, hyaluronic acid and marine collagen to moisturize lips. The velvety formula glides on smoothly and offers a long-lasting vibrant color.

Benefits:
- High-color payoff for fuller-looking & gradient lips
- Lightweight and refreshing
- Matte and smooth
The vivid lip color stays put even after 6 hours, leaving lips feeling soft and velvety-smooth.
- The unique formula helps color and moisture last longer, keeping lips soft on the outside and moisturized on the inside!
- Your lips will stay fabulous even after eating and drinking all night! No touch-ups needed.

I got 5 colors of this range which I didn't regret since the formula is really good! They make my lips looks so smooth and they are so nice & comfy on the lips. They said they are matte but they don't look matte at all on the lips. They are really hydrating and applies so easy. They do transfer but they are pretty long lasting not until you eat because you need to retouch it a bit like a normal lipstick or even liquid lipsticks.

Peripera Peri's Ink The Velvet (No. 13 Charming Coral)
This is a bit lighter for my skintone. I need to mix this with other lipsticks for it to work. This is the only patchy shade among my collection.

Peripera Peri's Ink The Velvet (No. 14 Beauty Peak Rose)
A spring inspired MLBB (My Lips But Better) rosy shade. This is too orange for me to consider as a MLBB. I expected it to be more pink than orange because of its name. Not really my fave shade but I can make it work depends on my mood.

Peripera Peri's Ink The Velvet (No. 7 Dollish Beige)
A pink rose MLBB that creates an innocent doll-like look. This is really a pretty everyday shade. I can consider this a MLBB indeed. The shade is different from what I expected from the pictures that were provided by the company but I'm happy it is darker in person and really suits me well.

Peripera Peri's Ink The Velvet (No.5 Inktude Rose)
A delicate subdued rose color. This is really one of my top picks from this collection. A very pretty spring-summer kind of color. I consider this as a MLBB shade as well. It leans towards orange than pink though. Red orange kind of combo.

Peripera Peri's Ink The Velvet (No.6 Celeb Deep Rose)
A toned down rosy hue MLBB. This is one of my faves as well. It just brightens up my face and a pretty everyday shade.

That's all of my collection. I haven't really worn them in months but I would definitely be wearing them again since it's going to be a better weather here (fingerscrossed). So there will be more sunshines from now on even if it is still cold.

My Verdict: They are really great products especially the Peri's Ink Velvet. I'm still not 100% convinced with the packaging but what's inside counts most. It's just a bit embarassing to use this in public so I hope they will make a polished type of this someday. It just looks tacky for me. Packaging aside, for the price of this and how great it is on the lips, they really nailed it! I've never had a lip product that made my lips look this smooth! It's amazing! I would really recommend trying them especially if you are still doubting. Try first one shade or two and maybe you will like it too. The Airy velvet is not my cup of tea but maybe if you want a barely there kind of lip color then that would be great for you.

I am ready for vibrant lips and these are the perfect colors for the months to come!
